*A "Temporary Hold" occurs when a customer signs a lot hold agreement to "hold" the lot while their home is being priced by the builder. For more information, click here. If the customer decides to move forward with their home ands signs their contract, the "hold" status changes to "contract." The "contract" status changes to "sold" only after the lot has gone to closing.
