Lynn Stone

I became a Realtor in 1987 as a result of living through a "real estate purchase nightmare". It was a career change for me from the teaching profession, but I’ve found that many of my teaching skills work equally well in real estate.

Education is important to me; therefore, I have gone beyond the minimal licensing requirements and have obtained designations (CRS/GRI/ABR) which represent additional education in the real estate industry. I also maintain, annually, an ethics certification.

My present position is a result of course work in real estate-related fields such as finance, appraisal, and brokerage plus years "on the job" and state-mandated testing for broker status.

Stephanie Pennell

You could say real estate is in my blood. I grew up watching my father, custom home builder Anthony Clatterbuck of Graystone Homes, making real estate deals and interacting with both Buyers and Sellers. He taught me the value of honesty, integrity, and hard work - principles I live and work by.

Licensed in 2006, I went to work for my mentor, Lynn Stone, as a licensed assistant. Our networking relationship has evolved into a partnership that enables us to better serve our clients. My working knowledge of the latest technological advances and background in marketing and graphic design allow me to offer my clients an edge in today's marketplace. I recently used that knowledge to obtain the e-PRO designation (which basically means I'm a certified Realtor techno-geek.)

As a native of the area, I can offer an insider's knowledge of the area and businesses, as well as familiarity with the local building and real estate industries.

My current position as a Realtor for Graystone Realty is my dream job. I am able to work with things I am passionate about: land, homes, and helping people realize their dreams!
